2021 TVCA Assessment

The TVCA Assessment for 2021 is $390, the same amount as 2020. The 2021 assessment is due January 31, 2021. To pay your 2021 assessment online, please go to the C-PropertyPay website, link is HERE!
All information concerning our new management company, Kingwood Association Management (KAM), 2021 assessment statements, 2021 TVCA approved budget and 2020 TVCA End of Year Summary letter are planned to be sent out the week of December 14, 2020.
