Attached below is a link to the initial presentation given by COH on Sept. 26, 2023 at our monthly TVCA meeting. This presentation was given as a courtesy by the COH to acquire input from Trailwood Village Community Association members. The next steps are to determine which option will be the most beneficial to Trailwood residents both short term and long-term, keeping in mind homes have flooded repeatedly in the modeled area.  Preservation or status quo of the existing conditions, both from a drainage standpoint and vegetation standpoint will not improve in the modeled area over the long-term. The TVCA Board of Directors will make a decision on how the project will move forward at the next TVCA board meeting on October 24, 2023. Attendance at all meetings is encouraged in order to gain a better understanding for all interested parties.
